Our Mission Statement

• To present New Jersey as a destination for Salsa music, dancing and culture.
• To preserve the history and educate the public about Salsa music, dancing and culture.
• To foster friendship and understanding among Salsa music and dancing enthusiasts.
• To provide a professional service to companies that share the vision and ideals which parallel
  those to New Jersey International Salsa Congress.

The Management Team

We are MJ (Mary Jane) and Pablo, the driving forces behind the Garden State's premier and official salsa event, the New Jersey International Salsa Congress. Together with our entire NJISC2012 team, we have a combined 40+ years of professional experience in the areas of global business, government and academia, large scale event productions, salsa & latin ballroom dancing and we are applying our skills to bring this salsa congress to higher level. Plus, we have attended and experienced salsa events since 1997, the beginning of the salsa congress craze!

We've seen it all, and our goal is to make it better, not just for the performers, but also for the paying vendors and the paying customers!
